# 運送政策 / SHIPPING POLICY

## 1. 運送範圍 / DELIVERY COVERAGE

我們提供香港特別行政區境內的送貨服務，包括港島、九龍及新界地區。

We provide delivery services within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

### 1.1 送貨地區 / Delivery Areas
- **標準送貨地區 / Standard Delivery Areas**: 港島、九龍及新界主要地區
- **偏遠地區 / Remote Areas**: 赤鱲角、愉景灣、馬灣、大嶼山及其他離島地區需另收附加費
- **不適用地區 / Non-delivery Areas**: 澳門及海外地區

Standard delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and major areas of New Territories. Remote areas such as Chek Lap Kok, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Lantau Island and other outlying islands incur additional charges. Macau and overseas areas are not covered.

## 2. 運費標準 / SHIPPING CHARGES

### 2.1 免費送貨 / Free Delivery
**訂單金額滿港幣$1,000或以上，享有免費送貨服務**

Orders of HK$1,000 or above qualify for **FREE DELIVERY**

#### 免費送貨條件 / Free Delivery Conditions:
- 學校或機構需提供免費車輛暫停位置以供上落貨
- 如未能提供免費停車位，停車場費用需由客戶承擔（實報實銷）

Schools or institutions must provide free vehicle parking space for loading/unloading. If free parking is not available, parking fees will be charged to the customer (actual cost basis).

### 2.2 標準送貨收費 / Standard Delivery Charges
**訂單金額低於港幣$1,000的送貨費用：**

For orders below HK$1,000:

### 2.3 附加費用 / Additional Charges

#### 停車費 / Parking Fees
- 如學校或機構無法提供免費停車位，實際產生的停車場費用將加收至客戶賬單
- 費用按實際支出計算（實報實銷）

If schools or institutions cannot provide free parking, actual parking fees incurred will be added to the customer's bill on a cost-recovery basis.

#### 樓梯搬運費 / Stair Carrying Fee
對於沒有電梯或貨品無法使用電梯運載的建築物：

For buildings without elevators or where goods cannot be transported by elevator:

#### 偏遠地區附加費 / Remote Area Surcharge

## 3. 送貨時間 / DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

### 3.1 標準送貨時間 / Standard Delivery Time
- **一般貨品 / General Items**: 確認訂單後7-14個工作日

General items: 3-5 working days after order confirmation
 

### 3.2 送貨時段 / Delivery Hours
- **標準送貨時段 / Standard Hours**: 上午9:00 - 下午6:00（星期一至六）
- **學校專用時段 / School Hours**: 上午8:00 - 下午5:00（配合學校時間表）

Standard delivery: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
School delivery: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (to accommodate school schedules)

## 4. 送貨安排 / DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

### 4.1 預約送貨 / Delivery Appointment
- 送貨前1-2個工作日會致電確認送貨時間
- 客戶可要求重新安排送貨日期（需提前24小時通知）

We will call 1-2 working days before delivery to confirm the delivery time. Customers may request to reschedule delivery (24-hour advance notice required).

### 4.2 收貨要求 / Delivery Requirements
- 送貨地址必須有授權人員簽收
- 需提供有效聯絡電話以安排送貨
- 大型器材送貨需要適當的卸貨空間

An authorized person must be present to sign for delivery. A valid contact number is required for delivery arrangements. Large equipment delivery requires adequate unloading space.

### 4.3 學校送貨特殊安排 / Special School Delivery Arrangements
- 配合學校上課時間安排送貨
- 可安排送貨至指定地點（如體育用品室、禮堂等）
- 提供送貨清單以便學校核對

Delivery can be arranged during school hours. Goods can be delivered to specified locations (e.g., sports equipment room, hall). Delivery list provided for school verification.

## 5. 特殊情況處理 / SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

### 5.1 惡劣天氣 / Adverse Weather
- 八號或以上颱風訊號：送貨服務暫停
- 黑色暴雨警告：送貨服務暫停
- 將重新安排送貨日期並提前通知客戶

Delivery service will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, and Black Rainstorm Warning. New delivery dates will be arranged with advance notice.

### 5.2 無人收貨 / No One Available for Delivery
如送貨時無人簽收：

If no one is available to receive delivery:
將會放在校務處或體育室門口，並拍照與供客戶確認。

The product will be sent to school office or outside P.E Room. We will take photo and send to customers for confirmation.

### 5.3 地址錯誤 / Incorrect Address
- 如因客戶提供錯誤地址導致送貨失敗，將收取額外運費
- 費用按實際產生的額外運輸成本計算

If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by customer, additional delivery charges will apply based on actual additional transportation costs incurred.

## 6. 大型器材運送 / LARGE EQUIPMENT DELIVERY

### 6.1 大型器材定義 / Definition of Large Equipment
- 重量超過50公斤的單件物品
- 尺寸超過1.5米x1米x1米的物品
- 需要特殊搬運工具的器材

Items weighing over 50kg, dimensions exceeding 1.5m x 1m x 1m, or requiring special handling equipment.

### 6.2 大型器材運送安排 / Large Equipment Delivery Arrangements
- 需要提前預約送貨時間
- 可能需要額外人手協助搬運
- 搬運費用按實際情況另行報價

Advance booking required. Additional manpower may be needed for handling. Handling fees quoted separately based on actual requirements.

### 7. 責任限制 / Liability Limitations
- 我們的責任以貨物實際價值為限
- 對於間接損失或特殊損失概不負責
- 客戶收貨後應立即檢查貨物狀況

Our liability is limited to the actual value of goods. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Customers should inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

## 8. 退換貨運送 / RETURN/EXCHANGE DELIVERY

### 8.1 退貨送貨安排 / Return Delivery Arrangements
- 如屬產品質量問題，提供免費上門收取服務
- 如屬其他原因，將不設退換
- 需提前預約收貨時間

Free collection service for quality issues. Actual transportation costs charged for customer-initiated returns. Advance booking required.
