Terms & Conditions

1. 定義 / DEFINITIONS

「本公司」/ “Company”：指[公司名稱] (以下簡稱「本公司」)。
「客戶」/ “Customer”：指任何從本公司購買或查詢產品與服務之個人或機構。
「產品」/ “Products”：指本公司銷售的所有體育用品與相關配件。
「網站」/ “Website”：指本公司用於展示及訂購產品的網上平台。

2. 預訂與訂單 / ORDERING

  1. 客戶應通過網站、whatsapp或書面訂單向本公司提交訂購申請。

  2. 訂單生效以本公司確認並發出訂單確認書為準。

  3. 本公司保留拒絕任何訂單的權利，並無需說明原因。

  4. Customers shall place orders via the Website or in writing.

  5. An order is deemed accepted when the Company issues an order confirmation.

  6. The Company reserves the right to reject any order without stating reasons.

3. 價格與付款 / PRICES AND PAYMENT

  1. 所有價格以香港元 (HKD) 為準，並已包含政府稅項（如適用）。

  2. 客戶需在本公司指定期限內完成付款，逾期未付款視作取消訂單，本公司不承擔責任。

  3. 本公司接受的付款方式包括銀行轉賬、支票及其他雙方同意的方式。

  4. All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include applicable taxes.

  5. Payment must be completed within the period specified by the Company; late payment constitutes order cancellation.

  6. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, and other mutually agreed methods.

4. 交付與風險轉移 / DELIVERY AND RISK TRANSFER

  1. 交付方式及送料條款依據本公司運送政策執行。

  2. 貨物風險於交付予客戶或其指定接收人時轉移。

  3. Delivery methods and terms follow the Company’s Shipping Policy.

  4. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer or its designated recipient.

  5. If delivery issues arise, the Customer shall notify the Company promptly to agree on a resolution.

5. 退換貨 / RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. 退換貨須符合本公司退換貨政策，並於收到貨物後7天內提出。

  2. 因產品質量問題引起的退換貨，本公司承擔來回運費。非品質原因不設退換。

  3. 商品應保持原包裝、配件及標籤完整，否則本公司有權拒絕受理。

  4. Returns and exchanges must comply with the Company’s Return Policy and be requested within 7 days of receipt.

  5. For quality issues, shipping costs are borne by the Company; for non-quality reasons, no refund or exchange.

  6. Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and labels intact; otherwise, returns may be refused.

6. 責任限制 / LIABILITY LIMITATION

  1. 本公司對於因使用或無法使用產品而產生的任何間接、特殊或懲罰性損失不承擔責任。

  2. 本公司責任上限不超過客戶為該訂單支付的總金額。

  3. 客戶應自行評估並承擔使用產品可能帶來的風險。

  4. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.

  5. The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for that order.

  6. Customers are responsible for assessing and accepting risks associated with product use.

7. 保密義務 / CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. 雙方應對在合作過程中獲取的保密信息保密，不得向第三方披露。

  2. 保密義務在本協議終止後仍然有效，直至信息公開或對方書面同意披露。

  3. Both parties shall keep confidential any confidential information obtained during the cooperation and not disclose it to third parties.

  4. Confidentiality obligations survive termination until the information becomes public or written consent is given.

8. 法律適用與爭議解決 / GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. 本條款適用香港特別行政區法律。

  2. 因本條款引起的任何爭議，雙方同意提交香港國際仲裁中心按其當時有效的仲裁規則進行仲裁，仲裁裁決為最終。

  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

  4. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration under its rules, and the award shall be final.

9. 條款修改 / AMENDMENTS

  1. 本公司保留隨時修改本條款的權利，並於網站公布更新內容。

  2. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and post updates on the Website.
