退款政策 / REFUND POLICY

​

1. 適用範圍 / SCOPE

本退款政策適用於本公司銷售的所有體育用品，除以下第2條所述之品質問題外，其餘情況均不接受退換貨。
This refund policy applies to all sports equipment sold by the Company. Except for quality issues described in Section 2 below, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

2. 品質問題退換 / QUALITY-RELATED RETURNS

  1. 若產品在運送過程中或於正常使用條件下發現任何品質或功能缺陷，客戶可於收貨後7天內提出退換申請。

  2. 客戶須提供購買證明及損壞或缺陷照片，經本公司確認屬實後，將免費安排退換貨。

  3. 本公司對於因非品質原因（如喜好、尺寸不合、改變主意等）導致之退換，不予受理。

  4. If a product is found to have quality or functional defects during delivery or under normal usage conditions, the Customer may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

  5. The Customer must provide proof of purchase and photos of the damage or defect. Upon verification by the Company, a free return or exchange will be arranged.

  6. Returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons (e.g., preference change, wrong size, change of mind) will not be accepted.

3. 退換流程 / RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. 客戶請先聯絡本公司，提供訂單號、購買日期及問題說明。

  2. 本公司確認後將與客戶商討退換細節及流程。

  3. The Customer should contact the Company’s Customer Service with the order number, purchase date, and description of the issue.

  4. Upon verification, the Company will discuss with the customer on the details and procedure.

4. 退款方式 / REFUND METHOD

  • 退款將原路退回至客戶付款賬戶。

  • 若付款方式為現金或銀行轉賬，以同等方式進行退款。

  • 本公司不負責任何匯款手續費或銀行收費。

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For cash or bank transfer payments, refunds will be processed in the same manner.

  • The Company is not responsible for any remittance or bank charges.

5. 例外條款 / EXCEPTIONS

  • 如發現惡意退貨或濫用本政策，本公司保留拒絕服務及追究法律責任的權利。

  • 本政策未盡事宜，本公司將依照香港法律及行業慣例處理。

  • In cases of fraudulent returns or abuse of this policy, the Company reserves the right to refuse service and pursue legal action.

  • Matters not covered by this policy will be handled in accordance with Hong Kong law and industry practices.

本退款政策以中、英文提供。如有不一致之處，概以中文版本為準。
This Refund Policy is provided in both Chinese and English. In case of inconsistency, the Chinese version shall prevail.
